2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• Service Not Started: If Easy-Vyapar.in has not initiated your application (e.g., MSME or GST registration) and you request cancellation within 24 hours of payment.
• Service Failure: If Easy-Vyapar.in is unable to deliver the service due to our error and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be issued for registrations that are ongoing or under process. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Applications for MSME registration, GST registration, MSME modification, MSME lost registration, or MSME to Udyam conversion that have been submitted to Easy-Vyapar.in or government portals and are in progress.
• Services that have been completed, such as successful submission of an application or issuance of a registration certificate.
• Rejections due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
• Fees paid to government portals or authorities, as these are non-refundable.
• Cancellation requests made more than 24 hours after payment, even if the service has not started.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

• Email your refund request to support@easy-vyapar.in with your order ID, service type, and payment date.
• Our team will review the request within 7 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Razorpay) within 10–15 business days, excluding any Razorpay or bank processing fees.

5. Exceptions

In rare cases, Easy-Vyapar.in may offer partial refunds or account credits at our sole discretion, based on the specific circumstances. All decisions are final.
