We reserve the right to reject or cancel any application with incomplete or false information, which may result in rejection of your application.

4. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay and must be made in advance through the available payment modes on our website. The billing label on your statement will appear as “SAIF TRADERS SERVICES.” Invoices will be issued upon successful payment. Fees are non-refundable unless specified in our Refund Policy.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of documentation services, refunds will only be processed if:

  • The request is cancelled within 1 hour of payment, and no documentation work has started.
  • We are unable to deliver the requested service due to internal limitations.

No refund will be applicable once government submission is made. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

6. Limitation of Liability

Easy-Vyapar.in is not liable for any errors, omissions, or delays in processing caused by incorrect information provided by you or third-party systems. We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of external websites linked from our platform.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for any user who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
